PROTEINDEX™ PureBind™ Co-NTA Agarose is a cobalt-based immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium. Compared to Ni-NTA media, it offers greater specificity and therefore enhanced selectivity for polyhistidine-tagged proteins under both native and denaturing conditions.

Co-NTA Agarose Resin can be used for batch/gravity flow purification of polyhistidine-tagged recombinant proteins.

Compared with Ni-NTA IMAC, his-tagged protein has higher specificity and selectivity. Can be used to purify challenging proteins that are expressed at low levels or when nickel is not required.
Suitable for protein purification in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.
Compatible with applications under native and denaturing conditions.
Low cobalt ion leakage.
