Agarose 4FF is an affinity chromatography medium for simple one-step purification of recombinant glutathione s-transferase (GST) fusion proteins and other glutathione conjugates expressed in E. coli, insect and mammalian cells protein. Rigid, highly cross-linked support suitable for purification scale applications. Prepackaged Glutathione Sepharose 4FF cartridges are ready-to-use and compatible with syringes, AKTA, and other peristaltic pump systems.
