The CL-DP100 is a sterile 100 mm cell culture dish with a growth area of 57.2 cm². It is manufactured from optically clear polystyrene for direct visual and microscopic observation. The poly-D-lysine coating improves attachment of cells that adhere poorly to standard culture surfaces. It is suitable for neuronal cells, primary cells, transfected cells, and other attachment-sensitive cultures. The recommended working volume is 11.3-18.8 mL. Bottom reference markings support repeatable positioning of cells and regions of interest under a microscope. A raised outer edge promotes stable stacking during incubation, storage, and transport. The grip-ring design supports secure handling while wearing laboratory gloves.
