The CL-PP006 is a sterile 6-well cell culture plate with a flat bottom well configuration. Each well provides a culture area of 10.15 cm² and a recommended working volume of 1.9-2.9 mL. The poly-D-lysine coating improves attachment of cells that adhere poorly to standard culture surfaces. It is suitable for neuronal cells, primary cells, transfected cells, and other attachment-sensitive cultures. The plate is manufactured from transparent polystyrene for direct visual and microscopic observation. Raised well rims and an open-edge design support convenient pipetting and handling. Alphanumeric well identification and a notched lid corner assist sample tracking and orientation. A breathable lid and evaporation-reducing peripheral design support controlled incubation conditions.
