Contaminants such as loose dirt, carton fluff, aerosols and fine glass particles are removed by the vacuum and ionization process. V & I Cleaning Process: Compressed air passes through condensation separators and coalescing filters to remove aerosols and fine dust particles. Next, the air is passed through an absorption filter to remove gases. The vacuum cleaner draws the particle-laden air out of the container. The individually cleaned caps are placed on the container immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Vacuum and Ionization items are non-returnable. Typical lead time for vacuum and ionization products is 3-5 days.
