Description

The plant in vivo transformation system is a pressure-controlled system for plant transient expression and stable transformation workflows. It uses controlled air pressure to create temporary pathways in plant tissue. These pathways support the introduction of Agrobacterium into the target material. Electronic pressure and time control reduce variation between operating cycles. A touch-screen interface is used to set and start the process. The transparent chamber window allows the operator to observe the transformation cycle. Filtered inlet air and a stainless-steel chamber support clean sample handling. The system is configured for processing intact plants, leaves, or other plant tissues.
