This real-time PCR detection kit is based on SYBR Green fluorescence chemistry and is intended for the analysis of Ovine Herpesvirus Genus Universal nucleic acids. Primers targeting conserved regions enable specific amplification. Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
