Online Refractometer MSDR-SH70, 4-20 mA/RS485 Output (CAT#: STEM-AL-7012-ZJF)

The MSDR-SH70 is an online optical concentration sensor for continuous liquid process measurement. It determines liquid concentration using the critical-angle total internal reflection principle. The sensor can be installed on a production line or tank to monitor soluble solids concentration expressed as Brix. Its fixed installation format allows concentration changes to be observed as part of the production process. Measurement and display functions are integrated into the sensor system. Parameters can be viewed and configured through the panel, with Bluetooth communication also supported for settings and parameter access. Analog and digital interfaces allow the measurement signal to be connected to automation or monitoring equipment. Configurable signal components can support alarm, cleaning, or switching functions around the measurement point. The system can also be adapted through solution-specific data modeling and testing when the monitored liquid requires a dedicated measurement relationship.
