The EDK 9500 is an online FTIR gas analyzer for continuous multi-component gas analysis from trace concentrations to percent levels. It uses Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy with continuous full-band scanning and multicomponent spectral calculation. The listed spectral range is 5000 to 830 cm-1. Selectable spectral resolution is 4, 2, or 0.5 cm-1. A 5 m gas-cell optical path and 0.2 L internal cell volume are listed. The heated sampling system supports sample-cell temperatures from -20 to +200 °C without condensation. The analyzer can measure hundreds of gases and add new calibrated gas components through software without changing hardware. The configuration is intended for multi-gas process and emissions monitoring across wide concentration ranges.
