The OCTET-RH16 BLI Platform is manufactured by Sartorius.
The Octet® RH16 system offers label-free biomolecular interaction analysis with state-of-the-art high-throughput platforms that facilitate the rapid characterization and development of biological drug molecules.
Due to its high detection sensitivity, high throughput, and 384-microwell plate compatibility, the Octet® RH16 system has also become a favorite for small molecule library screening and analysis of large cross-competition binding campaigns. Octet® RH16 also offers additional automation to reduce operator input and extend walk-away times. As a result, target ligands can be batch immobilized onto biosensors and returned to the biosensor tray for use in subsequent experiments, thus extending the number of uses for each biosensor, maintaining valuable ligands, and maximizing experimental flexibility.
