Description

The nitrocellulose membrane is a core reaction membrane for lateral flow immunoassay test strips. It immobilizes specific target molecules at the test line and control line while guiding sample conjugates through the reaction region. The membrane provides high porosity, strong protein-binding capacity, rapid wetting, low background, uniform pore structure, and consistent capillary flow. Cobetter NC95C and NC140C membranes are available for different assay speed and sensitivity requirements. NC95C is suitable for high-viscosity samples and rapid-response tests, while NC140C has a slower capillary speed and stronger protein binding for higher sensitivity. The membrane is suitable for colloidal gold, latex, and fluorescent immunochromatographic assays.
