The chamber is double walled with PUF insulation, and made of interior SS 304 & exterior mild steel powdered coated.
The chamber includes metal door with gasket, PU wheels, PT-100 temp. sensor, low temp. cut-off settable thermostats, audio or visual alarms for deviations and ethernet based communication (21 CFR Part 11 software provided) with print facility.
The cooling system is CFC free and consists of hermetically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil & condenser.
Uniform temp. is maintained in the chamber by forced air circulation.
The complete operation is driven through a single PID controller with 2-line alpha-numerical LCD display & data logging capacity of upto 1000 readings.
It includes IQ, OQ, PQ certificates & Operations & Maintenance Manual.
