The NestoPure HT is a highly integrated eight-channel automated protein purification system. It enables independent parallel purification across eight channels to increase throughput. Each channel includes dedicated tubing, pump and valve control, and detection modules. The system is designed to replace traditional single-channel purification workflows where multiple samples must be processed. Independent collection racks support sample-specific fraction collection. UV and conductivity detection support protein purification process monitoring. Flexible flow control allows use across a broad range of sample volumes. The system is suitable for high-throughput purification method development and screening.
