The NestoPep150 is a fully automated peptide synthesizer based on solid-phase peptide synthesis. It uses a high-precision metering pump drive system and flow-through solid-phase synthesis technology. The system is compatible with peptide synthesis reagents and supports reduced reagent consumption. It is designed for synthesis scales from 0.5 mmol to 16 mmol. Dual plunger pumps provide controlled reagent delivery and high system flow. Multiple amino acid and reagent inlets support sequence flexibility. Online monitoring of UV, conductivity, and pressure supports process tracking. The system is suitable for automated peptide synthesis method development and preparation.
