Pre-installed Klipper Firmware
The Neptune 4 Plus is equipped with the robust Klipper firmware, allowing for remarkable printing speeds of up to 500 mm/s (with a default setting of 250 mm/s) and acceleration rates of up to 12000 mm/s². It also supports advanced functionalities like input shaping and pressure advance calibration. Furthermore, it includes acceleration sensors on both the X and Y axes, which facilitate automatic calibration to enhance print quality.

Klipper High-speed Motherboard
The Neptune 4 Plus features a Klipper motherboard paired with a 1.5G quad-core ARM 64-bit processor. Thanks to the pre-installed Klipper firmware, it can achieve printing speeds of 500 mm/s (defaulting at 250 mm/s) along with accelerations up to 12000 mm/s². Its 8G ROM provides plenty of storage for various print files. Additionally, this printer supports input shaping and pressure advance, significantly enhancing print quality while minimizing problems such as artifacts, filament oozing, and blobbing. The integration of acceleration sensors on both the X and Y axes allows for automatic calibration of resonance compensation parameters, resulting in reduced vibrations and more precise prints.

300°C High-Temperature Nozzle
The high-temperature nozzle kit, which operates at up to 300°C, includes an extended hot end, a 60W ceramic heating element, and a brass heating block, making it capable of printing with various filament types, including nylon. The automatic calibration of nozzle PID parameters guarantees accurate temperature control, ensuring stable and consistent printing results.

Powerful Extruder & Enhanced Hotend
The dual-gear direct extruder boasts a 5.2:1 reduction ratio, ensuring reliable and smooth filament extrusion while weighing just 290g. Its all-titanium alloy throat pipe allows for rapid heat dissipation, which helps to minimize nozzle clogging. The 60W high-power ceramic heating element combined with a brass heating block delivers efficient and even heating, facilitating quick filament melting, even during high-speed prints.
The extended hotend nozzle can tolerate temperatures up to 300°C, allowing it to print with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and high-temperature nylon filaments. (Note: For optimal results, it's recommended that ABS and ASA filaments be used with a 3D printer enclosure.)
The automatic calibration of nozzle PID parameters enhances the thermal performance and temperature regulation of the nozzle, guaranteeing consistent and dependable printing outcomes.
