The Negative-Suspension 100×60 is a laboratory jaw crusher for reducing ores, rocks, and other hard materials. It uses a movable jaw and a fixed jaw to form an extrusion-type crushing chamber. Two toothed jaw plates compress the sample in a motion similar to animal jaws. The machine is suitable for brittle materials with compressive strength below 250 MPa. It can perform coarse, medium, and fine crushing according to the discharge adjustment. High-manganese-steel components provide wear resistance and support rapid, uniform crushing. The thickened pulley and belt guard improve mechanical protection during operation. A painted cold-rolled-steel body provides structural stability and reduced vibration. The crusher is suitable for mining, metallurgy, construction materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, chemicals, and laboratory sample preparation.
