The Negative-Suspension 100×125 is a heavy laboratory jaw crusher for coarse and intermediate sample reduction. It crushes material by compression between movable and fixed toothed jaw plates. The jaw movement draws material downward while progressively reducing its particle size. Brittle materials with compressive strength below 250 MPa can be processed. The 100 × 125 mm inlet accepts particles up to 85 mm. Its adjustable discharge range extends from 2 to 35 mm. High-manganese-steel crushing parts provide resistance to impact and abrasion. The reinforced transmission guard and pulley assembly support safer continuous use. A rigid cold-rolled-steel housing helps maintain stable operation and uniform output.
