The Nano-900 is an ultra-micro UV-Vis spectrophotometer for small-volume sample analysis. It is used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of nucleic acids, proteins, and bacterial growth concentration. The instrument requires only 0.5 to 2 uL of sample for base measurements. Samples can be placed directly on the measurement platform without dilution in many workflows. The Android operating system and 7-inch capacitive touch screen support standalone testing and data storage. A cuvette slot supports culture fluid concentration measurements. The linear motor drive supports precise optical path control. Data can be exported through USB for subsequent processing.
