The SuPerMax 3000FA is a laboratory microplate reader designed for fluorescence and absorbance assays. It supports fluorescence and absorbance detection for quantitative microplate measurements. Optical measurements are controlled through integrated wavelength-selection and detector components appropriate to the configured detection modes. The instrument supports endpoint and analytical workflows and can be used for routine assay development and measurement. Integrated software provides instrument control, data acquisition, curve fitting, and result analysis. Microplate shaking and temperature-controlled incubation are available where specified to support assay preparation and kinetic measurements. High-resolution grating monochromators are used for fluorescence excitation and emission wavelength selection.
