The TES-4 is a laboratory automatic multifunction electrospinning system designed for performing varied laboratory electrospinning experiments. It integrates positive and negative high-voltage sources, a dual-channel syringe pump, servo motion, environmental control, and automatic exhaust. A large three-dimensional motion platform supports controlled positioning of the spinning and collection components. Horizontal liquid delivery and a multi-angle nozzle support allow different jet orientations. The spacious work area accepts several collector types and experimental configurations. Dedicated electrospinning software and a touch-screen interface coordinate the installed subsystems. An upward-opening main door and a side access door simplify sample removal and collector replacement. A tempered viewing window, dark observation background, and antistatic work surface support process observation and cleaning.
