Description

The MCC system addresses the practical limitation of packing single columns beyond 50 cm and significantly reduces pre- and post-elution handling time in gel filtration chromatography. Multiple columns - each packed to 40 cm - are operated in series during loading and elution, and switched to parallel during equilibration, washing, and regeneration.
