Mouse-Derived Component Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0045-ZJF)

Highlights

Ready-to-use kit requiring only user-supplied DNA template.
High specificity: Primers are designed based on highly conserved regions of mouse-derived DNA and do not amplify non-mouse components.
Optimized primers and amplification system provide sensitivity 100 times greater than conventional PCR.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0045-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mouse-Derived Component

Model: 25205

Description

Designed for the detection of Mouse-Derived Component, this kit employs SYBR Green-based real-time PCR. It uses highly specific primers to amplify conserved gene regions of the target sequence. The real-time detection system monitors fluorescence generated during amplification, allowing for accurate qualitative and quantitative evaluation of Mouse-Derived Component in various biological or food samples.

Centrifuge, vortex mixer, micropipettes of various specifications
Agarose, electrophoresis tank, power supply, gel imaging system
Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
