Description

This precision weighing module series is designed for integration into automated production equipment and industrial machinery. It uses a monolithic precision mass sensor to provide electronic weighing data across multiple capacity and readability configurations. The sensor structure is intended to limit the effects of time drift and temperature drift during high-precision measurement. Integrated process protection supports operation within automated weighing systems. Intelligent internal calibration can be activated through software commands. Calibration may be triggered when temperature or elapsed-time conditions exceed predefined thresholds. The built-in calibration weight value can be corrected as part of calibration management. Real-time temperature compensation, seven-level vibration filtering, and adjustable stabilization time support consistent measurement. RS232 communication enables peripheral connection, direct computer data access, and remote weighing or calibration commands.
