MicroSEQ™ ID Purification Combo Kit V2.0, With 8-Strips Kit, Microseq™, model A35854 is manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific. MicroSEQ ID Purification Combination Kit v2.0 contains reagents for post-PCR and post-sequencing purification in the MicroSEQ ID microbial identification workflow. This version includes a tube of ExoSAP-IT Express reagent for post-PCR purification and 12 x 8 MicroSEQ ID ultra-sequencing cleaning 8 kits for cleaning after sequencing.
The ExoSAP-IT Express reagent can remove unincorporated dNTPs and primers from the amplified PCR mixture in just 5 minutes, while the original ExoSAP-IT Reagent can take 30 minutes to remove. The MicroSEQ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up kit in 96-well plate or 8-strip format provides a convenient way to remove dye terminator, dNTP, salt and residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions. The final product can be used for sequencing directly on any Applied Biosystems genetic analyzer.
