The Incuchip is a microscope sample heating stage for rapid temperature control during in-situ cell observation. It integrates active heating and real-time temperature monitoring into a microscope-compatible sample platform. A glass-based chip carries both the heating-wire array and the temperature-sensing structure near the cell-attachment surface. The heating array creates a controlled thermal field while the sensing element provides feedback for temperature regulation. The stage is designed to support live-cell imaging while temperature conditions are changed according to a programmed sequence. Its adapter follows a multiwell-plate-style external format for compatibility with optical microscope stages. The glass substrate can be used with different surface treatments for cell attachment and culture. The system is intended for experiments that require rapid and precisely controlled temperature transitions during microscopic observation.
