Description

The liquid-nitrogen cryogenic grinder is a laboratory sample-preparation instrument designed for low-temperature grinding of temperature-sensitive samples. It processes samples through combined vertical and lateral three-dimensional motion. The system supports multiple 2 mL and 5-15 mL tube adapters. Operators manage the run through an LCD touch-screen interface. The adapter-based configuration allows the sample format to be matched to the intended workflow. Temperature management supports room temperature to -50°C operation during sample processing. The instrument is suitable for preparing material before nucleic acid, protein, or compositional analysis. The mobile base and automatic lid support routine cryogenic workflows.
