The Lifemeta Tube Sealer is a handheld aseptic tube sealing system for TPE tubing in single-use bags. It is designed for aseptic disconnection of feed bag and sampling bag tubing. The instrument can seal both empty tubing and liquid-filled tubing. It can operate in non-sterile environments while maintaining reliable tube sealing when properly used. The sealer provides a 20 mm sealing width with a clear cutting guide line. Single sealing operation takes about 2 to 4 minutes. Preset sealing programs support common TPE tubing sizes used in bioprocessing. Temperature calibration and segmented heating help maintain reliable sealing parameters and reduce temperature overshoot.
