The ST8H platinum-cured silicone hard tubing is designed for high-flow fluid transfer applications. It is suitable for processes requiring reduced transfer time and stable tubing geometry. The tubing can be used for fluid transfer under elevated pressure conditions. Its high hardness provides improved resistance to compression deformation. The tubing is suitable for TFF, virus filtration, filter assembly inline integrity testing, large-volume fluid transfer, and single-use tubing assemblies. It has good flexibility for long-term process use. The translucent body supports visual inspection of fluid movement. It can tolerate gamma irradiation, autoclaving, and a broad temperature range.
