The Lifecube S-M single-use mixing system is a configured liquid preparation system for process mixing operations. It consists of a stainless steel support vessel, magnetic mixing drive, and automated control system. The system is intended for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid mixing workflows. It can be configured with upper or lower mixing modes and integrated or separated drive arrangements. Optional inline sensors support monitoring of temperature, pH, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. The control system supports user data output, audit trail functions, reports, and user permission management. Jacketed and insulated configurations can be used when temperature control is required. The single-use process format reduces the need for process cleaning between uses.
