The Lifecube FTT flexible freeze-thaw series is designed for controlled freezing, thawing, storage, and transport of bioprocess liquids. It includes single-use freeze-thaw bags, freezer frames, freezer trays, and tray lids. The system uses stackable components to improve freezer space utilization. Freeze-thaw bag configurations support different transport and process conditions. Disposable fluid interfaces allow rapid connection to bulk liquid tubing while helping protect against external contamination. The freeze-thaw bag uses an 11-layer 360 μm blown film for cleanliness, elongation, and low-temperature performance. Frames and trays protect the bag and tubing during storage and movement. The system supports transport validation, stacking validation, drop testing, and low-temperature validation.
