The LCS-IEH50-2 is a split glass-ceramic heating platform for medium-area laboratory applications. Its touchscreen controller operates separately from the heating main unit through an aviation connection. The split structure reduces exposure of the control electronics to spilled liquids and corrosive vapors. Customized mica heating-wire distribution minimizes edge effects and improves surface-temperature uniformity. PID regulation continuously adjusts the heating rate to reduce fluctuation. The interface supports six-stage programs, ten stored methods, selectable timing modes, and real-time heating curves. Dual temperature-sensor monitoring and adjustable safety limits automatically interrupt power when abnormal temperatures occur. The 450 × 350 mm glass-ceramic plate provides rapid thermal response and chemical resistance. Its welded 304 stainless-steel housing and protective surface treatments support reliable long-term operation.
