The LCS-IEH50-1 is a split-type glass-ceramic hot plate for controlled laboratory heating. Its control unit is separated from the heating platform and connected through an aviation connector. This arrangement allows remote operation and helps isolate electronic components from the test environment. A mica heating system and PID controller regulate the heating output in real time. The LCD touchscreen displays operating data, functions, and temperature curves on one interface. Up to six heating stages can be programmed, and ten named methods can be stored for rapid retrieval. Dual temperature probes, adjustable temperature limits, and automatic power cutoff provide layered safety protection. The glass-ceramic surface responds rapidly to heating and resists chemical corrosion. A sealed 304 stainless-steel housing, nano-resin coating, and titanium-plated insulation enclosure improve durability in corrosive environments.
