The LCS-IEH45-3 is a high-power split graphite hot plate for large-area laboratory heating. The operating display and heating platform are installed as separate units for remote control. An aviation connector provides a secure connection between the touchscreen controller and the heater. Electric heating tubes deliver up to 4500 W to the large isostatic graphite plate. PID control adjusts the heating rate continuously to reduce fluctuations and improve surface uniformity. The polished graphite surface provides fast thermal response, high corrosion resistance, and low-dust operation. The LCD interface supports six-stage programs, ten named methods, selectable timing functions, and temperature-curve monitoring. Dual probes, adjustable safety circuits, overtemperature differential settings, and automatic power cutoff provide integrated protection. Its sealed 304 stainless-steel body, nano-resin coating, and titanium-treated insulation enclosure resist chemical exposure and accidental liquid spills.
