The LCS-IEH45-2 is a medium-size split graphite hot plate for laboratory heating applications. Its touchscreen controller is separated from the main heating platform by an aviation connection. The split arrangement reduces the exposure of electronic components to corrosive vapors and spilled liquids. Electric heating tubes heat the high-density isostatic graphite work surface. PID control continuously regulates output power to improve temperature stability and heating precision. The polished graphite plate heats rapidly, distributes temperature uniformly, and minimizes surface dust. The control system provides six programmable stages, ten stored methods, selectable timing modes, and real-time temperature curves. Adjustable overtemperature limits, dual temperature probes, and automatic power disconnection provide multiple safety protections. The welded 304 stainless-steel enclosure, nano-resin coating, and titanium-treated insulation shell support long-term operation in demanding environments.
