Description

The LCS-IEH45-1 is a split-type graphite hot plate for controlled laboratory heating. Its display controller and heating unit are separated and connected through an aviation connector. This configuration permits remote operation and protects the control electronics from harsh test environments. Electric heating tubes transfer heat to a high-density isostatic graphite plate. PID regulation adjusts heating output in real time for stable surface-temperature control. The polished graphite surface provides rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and low-dust operation. The LCD touchscreen supports real-time curves, six-stage programming, and storage of ten named heating methods. Dual temperature probes, adjustable safety limits, and automatic power cutoff protect the system from overheating. The sealed 304 stainless-steel housing and corrosion-resistant surface treatments improve durability around chemical vapors and spilled solutions.
