The LCS-AOV-20 is a vertical forced-air drying oven for laboratory thermal processing. It is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, and related heat-treatment applications. The cold-rolled steel exterior is finished with electrostatic powder coating for corrosion and aging resistance. Its 304 stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners and removable shelves for convenient cleaning. PID temperature control maintains stable operation throughout the heating range. The built-in LCD displays both the set temperature and current chamber temperature. An independent fan switch controls the heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant circulation fan. Timing, overtemperature alarms, temperature correction, and automatic control tuning support reliable operation. A silicone-rubber door seal reduces heat loss and can be replaced easily when required.
