The LCA-VPH-2PC is an oil-free diaphragm pump designed for deeper laboratory vacuum requirements. It achieves an ultimate vacuum of 1 mbar while maintaining a pumping speed of 2 m³/h. The reciprocating diaphragm mechanism generates vacuum without oil contamination. A permanent-magnet variable-frequency motor provides efficient operation, low noise, and wide-voltage compatibility. Imported clamps, diaphragms, valve plates, and shaped sealing rings improve airtightness and vacuum performance. The PTFE diaphragm and corrosion-resistant gas-contact parts protect the pump during chemical processing. An automatic cooling system and vibration-damping feet support long-term stable operation. The hard-anodized housing and resin-sealed control board improve resistance to wear, corrosion, and vibration.
