The LCA-PMD-8 is an eight-position microwave digestion system for medium-throughput analytical laboratories. It rapidly prepares samples for chemical analysis, environmental testing, food inspection, and biomedical applications. Industrial continuous-output microwave technology minimizes the fluctuations associated with pulsed power delivery. Intelligent frequency conversion adjusts the applied power to support uniform digestion across the vessel set. Temperature and pressure are monitored by the control system and presented with real-time operating curves. The corrosion-treated 316L stainless-steel cavity is designed for high-temperature and chemically aggressive workflows. A six-layer steel door, double-lock self-checking, and automatic alarm functions strengthen system safety. The continuous rotating platform and high-power cooling system promote uniform heating and faster vessel handling after each run.
