The LC-ZNHW-500ml is a digital electric heating mantle for flasks up to 500 mL. It is intended for liquid heating in educational, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental laboratories. Alkali-free glass fiber insulates the resistance heating wire and protects the glass vessel from hard contact. The hemispherical heater closely surrounds the flask to improve heat transfer. This internal-heating design provides rapid temperature rise with no open flame. The LED panel displays temperature values in a clear digital format. A standard K-type probe supports accurate temperature measurement. Fuzzy PID control provides faster stabilization and lower overshoot than conventional PID regulation.
