The LC-ZNHW-250ml is a digitally controlled heating mantle for 250 mL round-bottom flasks. Its heating element is embedded in high-temperature alkali-free glass-fiber insulation. The hemispherical internal structure increases contact between the heater and vessel. This configuration improves thermal efficiency and supports fast temperature rise. The mantle heats without an exposed flame, making it suitable for routine chemical laboratory work. An LED display provides clear temperature indication. The supplied K-type sensor monitors the sample or vessel temperature. Fuzzy PID regulation improves control accuracy, reduces temperature overshoot, and reaches stable conditions quickly.
