The LC-ZNHW-1L is a high-capacity digital heating mantle for flasks up to 1 L. It provides controlled liquid heating for laboratory and fine-chemical applications. The resistance wire is enclosed within alkali-free glass-fiber insulation. This soft high-temperature material reduces the risk of damaging glass vessels during placement. A hemispherical internal heater maximizes contact with the flask and improves heating efficiency. The system delivers rapid, flame-free heating across the vessel surface. Temperature is shown on an LED digital display and measured with a K-type sensor. Fuzzy PID control maintains the selected temperature with reduced overshoot and improved stability.
