The LC-ZNHW-100ml is a digital heating mantle for laboratory liquid heating. It uses high-temperature alkali-free glass fiber as the insulating material. Resistance wire is sealed within the insulation and woven into a hemispherical internal heater. The curved heating surface provides broad contact with the flask for efficient heat transfer. This design supports rapid heating without an open flame. An LED digital display shows the operating temperature clearly. A K-type temperature sensor provides direct temperature measurement. Fuzzy PID control reduces overshoot and shortens stabilization time while maintaining accurate temperature regulation.
