The LC-SPE-12FQ is a 12-position solid phase extraction manifold for laboratory sample preparation. It uses solid sorbents to retain target compounds from liquid samples while separating matrix components and interfering substances. The retained analytes can then be recovered through solvent elution or thermal desorption. This process supports sample separation, purification, and enrichment before instrumental analysis. The vacuum chamber is manufactured from transparent quartz glass for visibility and resistance to organic reagents. Twelve independently controlled channels and StopCock valves support consistent extraction speed and convenient adjustment. Corrosion-resistant 316 stainless-steel guide needles and PP anti-cross-contamination tubing improve compatibility with routine laboratory workflows. Adjustable tube racks and interchangeable hole diameters accommodate different collection-tube sizes.
