Description

The LC-SPE-12 is a 12-position solid phase extraction manifold for laboratory sample preparation. It uses solid sorbents to retain target compounds from liquid samples while separating matrix components and interfering substances. The retained analytes can then be recovered by solvent elution or thermal desorption. This process supports sample separation, purification, and enrichment before analytical testing. The transparent acrylic vacuum chamber provides high visibility and corrosion resistance. Uniform wall thickness and balanced pressure distribution support stable operation under vacuum. Twelve independently controlled flow valves allow individual adjustment of extraction speed. The basic version uses POM guide needles and does not include the anti-cross-contamination configuration.
