The LC-SGR-1L is a single-layer glass reactor for controlled laboratory processing under negative pressure. It combines constant-temperature heating with variable-speed mechanical stirring. The system supports chemical reaction, evaporation, separation, concentration, and solvent recovery. Its 1 L vessel is manufactured from GG-17 high-borosilicate glass with low thermal expansion and high-temperature resistance. Product-contact components use borosilicate glass and PTFE for compatibility with corrosive materials. The anchor-type stainless-steel stirrer is coated with PTFE to resist acids, alkalis, and common solvents. PTFE components and fluororubber seals help maintain stable vacuum conditions. A speed controller allows smooth adjustment of the stirring rate from 0 to 800 rpm.
