The LC-MCF-10LT is a compact ceramic fiber muffle furnace for laboratory and workshop heating applications. Its small footprint is suitable for environments with limited installation space. The furnace chamber uses aluminum silicate ceramic fiber to reduce heat storage and thermal conductivity. Heating elements are embedded in three chamber walls to promote rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution. PID control maintains the selected temperature, while the LCD displays both set and current values. The side-opening stainless-steel door provides convenient access and resists corrosion and aging. Opening the door automatically disconnects the heating power to improve operator safety. Overtemperature alarm, automatic temperature limiting, and self-tuning functions support stable operation.
