Description

The LC-EH45-1 is a graphite hot plate for laboratory heating and thermal-processing applications. It is suitable for chemical analysis, physical testing, baking, drying, and heat treatment. The integrated heating platform improves heating speed and temperature uniformity without direct flame exposure. Its isostatically pressed graphite surface provides high density, rapid heat transfer, and resistance to thermal deformation. The graphite plate also resists corrosion and does not readily discolor during use. PID control continuously adjusts the heating rate to maintain stable temperature conditions. The LCD interface displays operating data clearly and supports timing, overtemperature alarms, automatic correction, and self-tuning. Parameter memory, ventilation openings, and an insulated enclosed housing improve convenience, equipment protection, and operating safety.
