The LC-DCY-12ATP is an automatic nitrogen concentrator designed for processing multiple samples or relatively large solvent volumes. It reduces manual effort during concentration and limits operator exposure to hazardous organic solvents. The instrument provides twelve independently controlled gas channels. Each channel uses a separate solenoid valve, so its operation does not affect the others. Users can select either manual endpoint control or an intelligent automatic mode. An independent optical sensor monitors the endpoint of each working channel. Endpoint sensitivity is adjustable through ten levels to accommodate solvents with different colors or light transmission. The system supports final volumes of 1.0 mL, 0.5 mL, or near dryness at approximately 0.1 mL, and different concentration-bottle formats can be used simultaneously.
