The LC-CFD-20 is a large round-chamber freeze dryer for pilot-scale research and small production applications. It prefreezes water-containing materials and removes the ice under vacuum by sublimation. The gentle drying process helps preserve biological activity, chemical composition, and sample structure. Rehydration can restore the material close to its original condition. The stable floor-standing design is intended for repeated, higher-capacity drying cycles. Its chamber liner and seven trays are made from SUS304 stainless steel for strength and cleanliness. A transparent acrylic cover allows users to inspect samples without interrupting the process. The 5-inch touchscreen shows operating conditions and manages stored automatic programs. High-quality refrigeration and oil-mist-free vacuum equipment provide quiet, stable, and uniform drying performance.
