The LC-AUD-250P is an integrated ultrasonic cell disruptor designed for higher-power sample processing. Its soundproof enclosure is incorporated into the main body to reduce operating noise and save workspace. The system supports cell disruption, homogenization, dispersion, emulsification, and other ultrasonic laboratory applications. A central microcomputer manages ultrasonic power, pulse timing, processing duration, and sample temperature. The 7-inch TFT touchscreen provides clear and stable display of all operating parameters. Automatic frequency tracking and horn recognition simplify setup and maintain consistent ultrasonic output. The titanium-alloy probe provides high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. LED illumination, ultraviolet sterilization, and an automatic lifting platform are included as standard functions. Fault, temperature, time, overload, and overtemperature protection improve process safety. The system stores up to 20 programs and includes a removable acrylic viewing window for convenient observation and cleaning.
